Delivery & Returns
Nova Games offer a very competitive same day dispatch if you order before 4pm (Monday – Saturday) service. Orders after this timeframe may or may not be dispatched on the same day as your order has been placed.
Orders to UK are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders with a value of £100 or more may be upgraded to Recorded Delivery however; Nova Games are under no obligation to do so.
Please Note: Any orders containing a preorder will not be dispatched until the preorder item has been released.
Pre-Order items will be shipped to customers on or 1 day before the release date. Whilst Nova Games endeavours to dispatch all Pre-Order items 1 day before the products release date, we are under no obligation to do so. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
International Shipping Options
All International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or a designated Courier. A tracking number will be provided if applicable to your order.
Returns
- Products can be returned within 10 days of the initial purchase.
- ALL sealed products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
- Nova Games reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product has been opened or is not in the original retail packaging. If a refund is given, only 50% of the original amount will be issued.
- Please contact us first before returning an item to us. You can find our contact information in the “Contact Us” section on our website.
- All customers are responsible for the return postage costs. The return postage costs will NOT be reimbursed when a refund is issued.
Cancelations / Order Amendments
You can cancel or alter any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched you will have to follow our returns process.
